By downloading, installing, or using the Track My Health application ("App") provided by Appx Software ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Track My Health is a personal health tracking application designed to help users log, monitor, and analyze their health data and medical documents.
We use Google Sign-In for authentication. By using this service, you agree to Google's terms of service and privacy policies. Your email address is used to uniquely identify you, store app logs for analytics, and manage in-app purchases.
Track My Health prioritizes your privacy. All health data and documents are stored directly inside your personal Google Drive. We do not store any of your personal health data on our servers.
CRITICAL NOTICE: The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract data from documents and calculate a generic health score. These AI-generated results are estimates only and do not reflect your actual health status. The AI may be inaccurate and its outputs are not an actual representation of your health.
Additionally, the AI may suggest supplementary information, such as when to visit a doctor or analyze biomarkers (if they are above or below a standard range). These suggestions can be wrong and do not constitute actual medical advice.
The App is strictly for informational and tracking purposes. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Certain features of the App may require a subscription or in-app purchases. Payments will be charged through your respective app store account. Your email is used to verify and manage these transactions.
The App, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Appx Software and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
In no event shall Appx Software be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App, particularly regarding the AI-generated health scores and suggestions.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Appx Software, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
